  • Lifestyle mind-body medicine for vitality, immunity, and longevity. Co-create tailored strategies exploring nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, emotional health, detoxification, gut health, connection, mindset, and purpose. DNA testing available upon request.

  • This session supports parents in understanding and nurturing their child’s mind, body, heart, and spirit. You will receive guidance to support your child’s development at home, learn mindful strategies to cultivate connection, balance, and harmony within the family, and gain a practical understanding of Montessori principles to apply in daily life. Through conscious parenting insights, you’ll strengthen your relationship with your child and foster intentional, heart-centered parenting, empowering both your child and your family to thrive with confidence, joy, and resilience.

Mindful Movement

  • Tailored to your level, these sessions invite freedom, lightness, and expanded awareness. Includes breath work, vinyasa asana, alignment guidance, hands-on adjustments, relaxation, and meditation.

  • A soul-nourishing blend of restorative yoga, massage, pranayama, acupressure, and yoga nidra. Feel calm, connected, and restored, ready to embrace life again.

  • A fusion of Yoga and Pilates designed to awaken your inner fire and radiance. Flowing movement, core activation, and mindful breath leave you strong, centred, and glowing.

 

Somatic Bodywork

  • A deeply nurturing, intuitive touch session to realign and restore your body, mind, heart, and spirit. Integrating holistic massage, aromatherapy, acupressure, reflexology, lymph drainage, and gentle somatic techniques to release blockages, support emotional release, and regulate the nervous system. Each session leaves you deeply relaxed, reconnected, grounded, restored, and ready to engage with life from a place of calm and clarity.

Energy Healing

  • A beautiful restorative energy session designed to clear blockages, harmonize the subtle energy body, and regulate your nervous system. Luminous Soul weaves together Reiki, sound therapy, and crystal healing to release emotional intensity, rebalance your chakra system, and awaken a deep sense of calm, clarity, and radiant flow. Each session leaves you feeling profoundly connected, lovingly held, and realigned with your natural state of harmony.

  • A heart-opening group healing journey. Soften into stillness and awaken the wisdom of your heart. Through gentle breathwork, yoga nidra, meditation, and sound & crystal healing, you’ll be guided to release what no longer serves, reconnect to your inner light, and remember the radiant essence of who you truly are.

Conscious Living

  • Experience a deeply rejuvenating meditation that blends breathwork, deep-body relaxation, and guided techniques for total revitalization. This method harmoniously combines ancient yoga practices with modern psychology and NLP, helping to release stress, ease pain, and boost energy, vitality, and well-being. Open to all levels—no experience needed.

  • Rooted in the teachings of Thích Nhất Hạnh, this session invites you to fully arrive in the present moment. Through mindful breathing, gentle movement, and conscious awareness, you’ll cultivate calm, clarity, and compassion. You’ll learn to anchor yourself with your breath, bring awareness and ease to everyday activities, release stress, and nurture compassion for yourself and others. Mindfulness is about coming home to yourself with kindness, ease, and acceptance—creating space for healing, joy, and connection in your daily life.

  • Your environment reflects your inner world. This session helps you gently release what no longer serves, organize with intention, and uplift the energy of your space. Together, we’ll transform living areas, bedrooms, or playrooms into sanctuaries that inspire peace, creativity, and joy. This approach is inspired by Montessori principles and the philosophy of Marie Kondo, creating spaces that truly support your well-being and flow.
